LIM Group is a global leader in high-end equestrian equipment, known for its prestigious brands DEVOUCOUX, CWD, and BUTET. With around twenty subsidiaries in Europe and North America, LIM Group combines traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, partnering with the world’s top riders.

To support the continuous improvement of our operations in North America, we are looking for a Process & Lean Management Intern to help structure and optimize internal workflows across key departments.

Missions :

Based in our Wellington (FL) office and reporting to the local operations management, you will work cross-functionally with the Sales Administration, Supply Chain, After-Sales, and Business Support teams. Your main objective: analyze, standardize and improve processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a 12 month minimum internship, with an anticipated start date of October 2025.

Your responsibilities will include:

  •     Analyzing current operational workflows and identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement

  •     Participating in the implementation of Lean tools and methods (5S, standardization, visual management, etc.)

  •     Writing and deploying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  •     Assisting in the design and tracking of performance indicators (KPIs)

  •     Supporting and co-leading continuous improvement projects across teams

  •     Participating in internal audits and contributing to corrective action plans

  •     Assist the departments with the change of ERP

Job Requirements :

  • You are pursuing a degree in engineering, supply chain, industrial management, or similar, with a focus on Lean, methods, or operations

  • You are looking for a long-term internship (12 months+) or gap year experience

  • You are analytical, organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Fluent in English – French or Spanish is a plus

  • An interest in the equestrian world is appreciated but not required
