Equine Outside Sales Representative (CWD)

CWD is the #1 brand in French saddlery and a partner to the world's top riders, including McLain Ward, Kent Farrington, Sam Walker, Hyde Moffat, Mac Cone, Natalie Dean, Harrie Smolders, and Adrienne Sternlicht, with the growth of our cutting-edge technology in the 2GS saddle.
The position is based in the United States and the sales area of our future sales representative will be assigned upon visa approval. This may change over the course of your career.

- Prior successful field sales experience
- Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals
- A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows
- Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter

Sales Representative Mission :

- Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent CWD at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
- Be a brand ambassador of CWD !

Sales Representative Benefits :
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

Sales Representative Salary :
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.

Potential salary including base + commissions :
Year 1: Potential of $55K (base + unlimited commission)
Year 2: Potential of $66K (base + unlimited commission)
Year 3: Potential of $78K (base + unlimited commission)
