Our company has grown steadily in European markets through the development of our product ranges and significant acquisitions. Our ambition is to promote better equine health and welfare by introducing innovative solutions and services that meet the changing requirements of veterinarians.

Ambitious growth plans are essential to better serve our customers and the health of horses. To support these plans, the company works with digital distributors across Europe who sell our products on their e-commerce websites.


As part of the digital division, you will be responsible for managing digital e-commerce partners in Europe (mainly Germany, the UK and the Netherlands) and updating activity reports. You will also be involved in implementing actions in line with the marketing plan.


YOUR CHALLENGES :
Monitoring webshops digital performance

- You will be responsible for managing online partnerships in Europe (mainly Germany, the UK and the Netherlands): setting up operations (banners, emailings, spotlights, etc.) in close collaboration with the marketing department and in line with the marketing plan.
- You will be responsible for analysing and monitoring the performance of online campaigns for our e-partners (social networks, newsletters, banners, spotlights, etc.) with an ROI perspective, collecting and analysing all the digital KPIs after the partners.
- You manage and report on price monitoring.
- You monitor sales of our products on the web.

Webshop customer success management
You will be responsible for the after-sales service on our e-commerce website en.audevard.com (exclusively in the United-Kingdom) :
o Handling customer returns
o Answering questions from prospective customers
o Ensure the good reputation of our site and our products with UK customers
o Monitor relations with our logistics provider

UK communication Assistant
- You will work with your digital manager and the marketing team to tailor the year's marketing plan
according to countries, partners and opportunities.
- You will adapt B2C communication by validating english translations.
- You will be able to take part in communication projects

Pré-requis du poste

ABOUT YOU

- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in digital marketing.

- You have a good knowledge of digital marketing and you are comfortable with digital KPIs.

- You have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable negotiating and managing contracts with partners.

- You know how to meet challenges by proposing solutions that solve problems.

- You are fluent in English (some French would be appreciated).

- Knowledge of the equine world is recommended (horse owner or rider)
