Job description

Established in 1985 with a core vision, the Albion brand began as we desired to pioneer a truly premium range of Dressage saddles. Since then, we have gained an outstanding reputation for providing premium quality, excellent customer service and for being talented saddle makers.

Albion is currently looking for a Sales Manager to develop sales in North America.

Primary Objectives:

  • Grow, develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets

  • Travel to recruit, manage and motivate the agents sales team to maximize performance

  • Enhance the efficiency of company tools in daily sales activities

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • identify, visit, recruit, train, and coach agents sales team members to ensure their growth and effectiveness

  • Attend major horse shows to represent the company

  • Analyze sales performance and prepare detailed performance reviews

  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver an optimal customer service

  • Coordinate operational marketing activities to boost network development and increase brand exposure

Travel Requirements:

3 agents visits travels per month, including 8 Saturdays per year at dressage or eventing shows

Location: near good airport, on east coast

Compensation Package:

  • Package: starts at $70,000 base pay in the first year, with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses - up to $40,000.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks
